Thor is a 30' rig that is perfect for families. The cockpit has comfortable bucket seats and it drives like a car!This coach has a queen bed in the rear master bedroom, a cabover bed, and a couch that converts to a bed. The dinette also converts to a bed if you need the extra sleeping area. All in all it sleeps 6.There are 9 seats with seat belts. Two seats have clips to attach a child seat.
Plenty of storage in this RV! Generous cabinet space in the kitchen and bedroom, plus a large storage area in the back accessible from the outside.It is equipped with a 4000 watt on-board generator big enough to run the ceiling mounted air conditioner and whatever else you need to plug in.A television and DVD player have been installed in the RV for the kids.Refrigerator and freezer run on propane or electricity.

Microwave.
Ceiling mounted air conditioning.
Heater runs on propane and electric and can run on battery if electricity is not available.
Shower is separate from the toilet room.

No big effort needed on the outside, but the inside should be clean and all the dishes washed and put away. If it is not clean inside, a cleaning fee will be assessed.Please return with a full tank of 87 octane gas. If the gas tank needs filling, I'll do it, but assess an extra charge. Just fill it when you are near the return point. Don't worry about the propane, we will get that!If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us, Curtis and Lisa. Southern New Mexico attractions include the Gila National Forest, White Sands, Organ Mountains, Ruidoso, and more!You will be required to sign a Supplemental Rental Agreement prior to taking the RV. The SRA includes all rules and situations we could think of and is meant to make sure there are no misunderstandings between renter and rentee, which contributes to a less stressful vacation for you and the owner!You must be at least 25 years old to rent or drive this RV. Drivers must be verified by the platform.Training: Before the start of your trip, it is required to complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV. This orientation will take about 1-2 hours, depending on any prior experience you have with a RV. It takes time to do a thorough and complete walkthrough, so please plan accordingly. We don't want to rush it and run into problems later!Dogs: We love our furry friends, but you MUST request & get owner approval before allowing a dog in the RV. Owner reserves the right to accept or decline any dog, for any reason.Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancellations for COVID or other situations out of our control. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.This RV is equipped with a GPS monitoring system.NO SMOKING INSIDE THE RV! Smoke smell is very hard to get rid of, even if a smoker can't smell it!No unauthorized pets.
