This Jayco Popup camper is perfect for camping in style! It offers a push button electric lift roof system, which means no manual cranking. Sets up in minutes by just one person.The Jayco 1207 is a 12′ pop-up camper with a dry weight of only 2005 lbs that can be towed by vehicles such as mini vans and SUVs. It is in like new condition. It can sleep up to 8 people with 1 king and 1 queen pull out beds and two dining areas that can convert to beds. 1 full size and a smaller one for children. It is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, sink, hot water heater, and heat furnace.This camper is lightweight and can be pulled by almost any vehicle with a 2" ball hitch and electrical hookups (7 pin round or 4 pin flat).Your rental includes (at no additional charge):
At least 1 full tank of propane
23 gals fresh water
Cooking Pots and Frying Pan
Cooking utensils
Plates/Bowls , silverware, Mugs (Service for four)

There is no bathroom in the unit so you will need to be at a campground that has facilities or be okay finding alternate locations for relieving yourself. Renters will need to provide bedding. There are mattress pads and sheets but no blankets or pillows provided.Unfortunately due to extremely bad road conditions no Chaco Canyon trips are allowedDelivery is available at $3.50 per towing mile (100 miles away would be $350. total) You get delivery and setup, Then I will take it down and pick it up after you vacation.No smoking inside the camper at any time.

Jaime was great! When we picked up the trailer, he walked us through the setup, take down and hooking up the trailer. The trailer was easy to tow and it had plenty of room for the five of us! We had a great time and we are looking forward to our next camping trip! We'll definitely look to rent from Jamie again!
