2023 Jayco Trailer. This is a great trailer and perfect size for easy towing for properly equipped vehicles. Four beds in total: Queen bed in the front with a privacy curtain, dinette that folds into a bed, and two bunks in the back. Plenty of space with the slideout. This is perfect for your outdoor adventure. Can sleep 4-5 comfortably. Lots of storage inside and out. Comes with everything you need to have a great vacation- sheets, sleeping bags, blankets, towels, dishes, utensils, hot dog sticks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, pots and pans, etc. Perfect size for taking anywhere.

- Must be 25 or older to rent and drive the RV -Renter is responsible for Interior cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, dishes, garbage etc. A check list will be provided. -If cleaning add-on is selected then the renter is only responsible for emptying the fridge, taking out the trash and cleaning any dishes that were used. -If cleaning add-on is not selected and the Unit is not returned clean, the renter will be charged the cleaning fee(or a prorated amount) plus $100 -No Smoking -No Pets -No Climbing on Roof -No Festivals(Including Burning Man) -Awning Use Not Allowed -Guests must bring their personal Insurance card and Drivers Licenses(For all Drivers) for verification at pickup
