Résumé de l'évaluation
Promptly communicates, very accommodating
Jaren consistently responds quickly, patiently answers questions, and is helpful and accommodating. He also provides delivery and setup. One instance noted late disclosure of a critical amenity issue.
Clean, family-focused with strong AC
The trailer is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, described as ideal for families. It features a bunk room with a door and its AC performs exceptionally well, even in 95-degree weather. One guest reported an unavailable water heater.

5.0This is the perfect trailer to rent for a family. If we were looking to purchase a trailer, this one would be it. The bunk room in the back with a door is perfect. The AC worked great! It was 95 degrees over the weekend we used it and it kept the trailer very cool which isn’t always the case in trailers! He was very quick to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely rent from him again.

3.0It was easy to find everything, only issue we had was the water heater was unavailable for use and was only addressed 2 days before delivery. Something that needed to be addressed by the renter ahead of time.

5.0It was absolutely amazing having it delivered! The RV is in really great shape! My family and I really enjoyed all the amenities. Jaren was so so helpful and answered all my questions! The trip was so smooth and even though there were a couple issues (out of the owner’s control), they were taken care of quickly and professionally.
