• No smoking inside the camper. Any evidence of smoking (including odor) will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. • Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $50 pet fee. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Unapproved pets or pet damage may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the security deposit. • The tow vehicle must meet all towing requirements, including proper towing capacity and a functioning brake controller. If a brake controller is not present at pickup, the camper cannot be released. • Do not climb on the roof or use it for storage. Roof access is not permitted. • All gray and black tanks must be emptied prior to return, unless the tank dump service has been added. A $50 fee will apply if tanks are returned full. • Please return the camper in clean condition, including broom-swept floors, wiped-down surfaces, and all trash removed. A broom and cleaning wipes are provided for your convenience. Excessive cleaning may result in a $75–$150 cleaning fee, depending on condition at return. • Guests are required to watch the setup and takedown videos prior to towing or using the camper.
