We have rented a few of times now from Outdoorsy and this has been the absolute best experience. We rented the unit for four nights, dry camping at Ridgway State Park, CO. there were three of us along with our yellow Lab. The event was a family reunion in which 18 people, adults and children, rented five RV campsites. Four of the five were rented RVs very similar in size and type, all delivered and set up, so it was very easy to make side-by-side comparisons and there was no comparison to this one! The RV was impeccably clean and comfortable, and our host, Steve, was absolutely excellent at follow-up and making sure everything was set up and working correctly. When he was finished setting it up he did a great job walking through the operation. The two refrigerators had been turned on prior to us receiving it so they were immediately ready for use (not every owner does this). We had opted for a delivery, linens, etc. - all were provided, excellent quality, the beds made and everything was in its place. The kitchen was brilliantly outfitted with all the plates, pans and utensils spotless. It was really like walking into a five star hotel. And, when there was a minor problem or question, Steve made sure the issue was addressed right away. If you are looking for relaxing worry free RV rental, this is the one for you!
