If you are looking to camp in style while still having the comfort of your own home, this one is for you! Tons of space in this beautiful fifth wheel! Master bedroom with bathroom plus additional bathroom on the other end just off of the bunkhouse.

This is listed as sleeping a max of 8, meaning you can squeeze 8 people, but be aware that this is including 2 people sleeping in recliners. There is a King size bed, 2 bunks, a fold down futon, and 2 recliners.Delivery charges are $150 flat rate for any deliveries within 30 miles anything over 30 miles is $2.50 per mile round trip- so it is calculated at $5.00 per mile one way.Mandatory $150 dry camping fee for those wanting to dry camp. This fifth wheel is built for more RV park/full hook up use, so please keep in mind when dry camping its more of a fabulous tent, not a hotel.Cleaning fee- we do not charge a cleaning fee if the fifth wheel returns to us in the same condition it is delivered. We will supply a helpful check list to make sure you don't have to pay a cleaning fee upon return. If it is not returned in the condition it was delivered there will be a $250 fee taken from deposit.

Hello! We are the Houx (howx) family. We full timed in our fifth wheel for 2 years until we found our house to settle down in and raise our 2 children (5 year old boy and 3 year old girl). Our fifth wheel is now just sitting on our property and is ready to be enjoyed again.
