Welcome to your mobile camp-cabin! Our 2019 Keystone Springdale Mini (1760BH) is built specifically for campers who believe the best part of camping happens outside around the campfire. We have deliberately kept this rig simple, classic, and screen-free—there is no TV or flashy electronics here. It is a clean, dry, comfortable sanctuary designed to keep you warm when it rains, keep your food fresh, and give you a fantastic place to crash so you can hit the trails early. The Layout & Sleeping Arrangements:
Inside, a single slide-out (bump-out) completely opens up the center floor space so you don't feel cramped if you step inside to hide from a New England afternoon downpour.• Main Bed (4 ft x 6 ft): Tucked into the front corner, this cozy corner bed provides a dedicated space to recharge. (Note: Renters must bring their own pillows and bedding/sleeping bags).
• The Rear Bunks (30 in x 68 in): Two cozy single bunk beds are tucked in the back, perfect for kids or out-of-the-way gear storage.
• The Converted Dinette (42 in x 68 in): The kitchen table folds down into an additional bed space that can comfortably sleep up to two kids.If your camping style is outside-first and you plan on enjoying your morning coffee and meals by the campfire rather than using the indoor table, this rig functions as the ultimate 6-person mobile bunkhouse.Kitchenette & Amenities:

This camper is the perfect size for a classic New England state park loop, mountain getaway, or campground weekend. We use this rig as our personal mobile bedroom—we park it, hook it up, and spend 90% of our day outside exploring, canoeing, and sitting by the fire. It gives you the rustic camping experience with the safety net of a private bathroom, cold fridge, and dry sanctuary if a downpour hits. Our top regional recommendations based on years of camping:• Israel River Campground (Jefferson, NH): My all-time favorite! Located deep in the White Mountains near Mount Washington, Santa's Village, and Story Land. Getting a site right on the river allows you to fall asleep to rushing water right on the riverbank. It’s the ultimate mountain basecamp.
• Horse Island at Pawtuckaway State Park (Nottingham, NH): We love state parks, and this is a major favorite. The waterfront campsites on Horse Island are spectacular. It’s an absolute paradise if you bring a canoe, kayak, or boat to explore the big lake right from the island loop.
• Danforth Bay Camping Resort (Freedom, NH): A fantastic resort-style spot we've thoroughly enjoyed. It offers excellent facilities, great waterfront access, and plenty of space to set up an outdoor camp footprint.
• Regional Favorites: This single-axle trailer is a perfect match for any regional Spacious Skies campgrounds or classic KOA locations, fitting effortlessly into standard wooded sites.Pro-Tip for Private Camping:
We highly recommend checking out the Hipcamp app if you want unique, private land listings. It is a fantastic tool for finding secluded, off-the-beaten-path waterfront sites and quiet escapes where you can avoid the crowds of commercial campgrounds.Towing Note:
Because of its nimble design, this trailer is incredibly easy to manage on winding mountain passes or tighter, tree-lined state park dirt loops where bulky RVs won't fit.Autres points à signalerTo keep this mobile camp-cabin safe, all renters must adhere to these rules. Failure to comply results in full financial liability for any damages, deducted from the security deposit or claimed through insurance.• No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or burning materials inside is strictly prohibited. Any trace of smoke odor results in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit for deep-cleaning.
• Strict No-Pets Policy: To protect cushions, keep the rig allergen-free, and maintain our family trailer, no animals are allowed inside at any time. Violations result in immediate deposit forfeiture.
• Leave No Trace Cleanup: The trailer must be returned exactly as found. Remove all personal trash, wipe countertops, and wash/dry/put away any used kitchen utilities before drop-off.
• Inventory & Integrity: Do not remove supplied gear from the camper. If anything is damaged or lost, let us know honestly. Renters are fully liable for replacement costs of missing or broken inventory.
• RV Toilet Paper Only: Use only the provided rapid-dissolving RV toilet paper. Never flush standard toilet paper, wet wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. Renters cover all costs to clear plumbing clogs.
• Wastewater Tanks ($150 Fee): Black (septic) and grey (sink/shower) tanks must be fully emptied and flushed at a campground dump station before return. A $150 fee applies if returned full or partially full.
• Outside Shoes Off: Please leave hiking boots and muddy outdoor footwear outside the door to keep trail debris and mud off the camper floor.
• Awning Safety: The power awning must be fully retracted and locked whenever the campsite is unattended, during high winds, or during heavy rain to prevent severe structural damage.
