Résumé de l'évaluation
Highly responsive and accommodating
John/Yatra communicates quickly, often within minutes, and is available for questions. Guests praised his friendliness, flexibility, and smooth pickup/drop-off process.
Defective mirror affects driving
A defective rearview mirror made driving delicate. Other issues include persistent bathroom odor, very dirty interior, insufficient bedding, missing kitchen items, and several small broken pieces, indicating poor maintenance.

5.0Had an awesome 3-day family trip to Chilliwack Lake with this RV! Everything was great from start to finish. The RV was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the trip. We didn't have any issues at all during our camping weekend—everything worked perfectly and made the whole experience super easy and stress-free. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the pickup/drop-off process was smooth. Would definitely rent this RV again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a family camping trip. Thanks for helping make our weekend such a great one!
