The camper is described as brand new, in great shape, and very clean with good features. However, multiple guests experienced malfunctions with the A/C unit, including a broken fan blade, and one unuseable electric canopy.

5.0James was great to rent off of! Camper is in great shape and very clean. He met with us beforehand and ran through everything with us for our trip. We had a little hiccup with the a/c but luckily James was on site and helped us get through the weekend with a/c! Will definitely rent again through James.

5.0The AC unit failed on the day of drop off. James went above and beyond to accommodate for the inconveniences. That was only mechanical issue. AC fan blade randomly broke.
