Zach and Jarred provided instructional videos, ensured easy pickup/return, were patient with first-timers, and once drove hours to help with a water tank issue.

The RV was clean, well-maintained, well-stocked, and drove well with comfortable beds. AC and fridge worked. Minor issues: some flickering lights and a non-working bedroom fan.

5.0Zach was great in his communications. We greatly appreciated the instructional videos for the RV; we watched them before the trip and referred to them when using the RV. He was also responsive during the trip when we had questions. The RV itself was lovely. It is well-loved but also well maintained and was very clean and very well stocked. It drove well and the beds were comfortable. Some of the lights flicker or don't work and the fan in the bedroom doesn't work. But, the AC worked well as did the fridge/freezer. All in all, felt it was a good value and would use again.

5.0Having the RV on our trip was wonderful. The owner was very helpful in communication and responding questions. When we had some issue with the water tank, he even drove couple hours to the site and helped us! Our trip wouldn't be this fun without the RV!
