Do you want to be near nature, but have a more luxurious camping experience. This spacious fifth wheel is for you. With 5 slide outs, it gives you lots of room. There is a large fridge perfect for longer excursions. The island gives you plenty of space to prepare food along with a ton of kitchen storage (including a pantry)
The main bedroom has a king size bed, a huge closet, dresser, nice bathroom and a tv. This unit also has a huge tv above a beautiful fireplace that can really put out some heat. A wide variety of movies to pick from if you want to just relax inside.
*** Owner Will Provide Delivery AND Setup Required ***Dog(s) with the approval of RV owner - $500 deposit
Deep Cleaning Fee (if returned unclean AND requires more than a surface clean - $300 (this includes anything that can create a strong smell that is difficult to remove.)
NO Smoking - If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged a minimum fee of $1500. NO Exceptions. This fee also is for any illegal substance used or found in RV.
Lost Keys: $100 charge will be assessed to replace keys and fob.
First Aid Kit: If used, you keep and will be charged $10.
Propane: $10 per night refill charge will be assessed for propane used.
