Rules of the Road We want you to have an amazing adventure and make great memories. Please help us keep the van in excellent condition for future guests by following these simple rules: Driver Requirements All drivers must be approved through the rental platform. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle. No reckless, impaired, or distracted driving. Vehicle Use No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the vehicle. No towing without prior written approval. No racing, off-roading, or operation on roads requiring four-wheel drive. The vehicle may not be driven on closed roads, trails, beaches, or other prohibited areas. Passenger Safety Every passenger must use a seatbelt while the vehicle is in motion. Passenger count may not exceed the number of installed seatbelts. Riders may not occupy the bed area or rooftop tent while the vehicle is moving. Roof Rack & Rooftop Tent Use of roof rack, rooftop tent, and ladder is at the renter's own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Do not use rooftop during high winds, storms, icy conditions, or other unsafe weather. Follow all provided setup and safety instructions. When on roof, only step on roof rack. Do not ever step on van roof. Cleanliness Please return the van reasonably clean and free of excessive trash. Excessive cleaning, stains, odors, pet hair, or spills may result in additional charges. Fuel Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level provided at pickup. Refueling charges may apply if returned below the agreed fuel level. Pets Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning related to pets. Accidents & Damage Any accident, damage, warning lights, mechanical issues, or roadside incidents must be reported immediately. Do not authorize repairs without owner approval unless necessary for safety. Yellowstone & National Park Travel Wildlife can be unpredictable. Please drive cautiously and obey all posted speed limits.
