The trailer fit our needs just fine. Unfortunately we had it delivered and there was no one to explain how to use things even though we asked more than once. Had to text several times to find out how to open the awning, turn lights on and off, etc. We did hear back timely, but he also sent youtube links that were for a different year than what we had and did not always answer our questions.
