2019 Keystone Springdale 282BH

My husband and I recently rented this trailer from Brice, and unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations. While the booking process was straightforward and he was more than polite upon pick-up and drop-off, there were a few issues that affected the overall rental. The trailer had an awning with loose stitching, so we couldn't use the awning for the entirety of the trip. Even though we told Brice of these issues upon drop-off, he still opened a claim against us for the damages. There was also a lack of standard day-to-day items that I have come to expect with booking a trailer, since we've done this for 5 years now.. There were no towels, only one toilet paper roll that wasn't even brand new, no cleaning supplies (e.g. Clorox wipes, paper towels, a broom). My husband and I have never rented a trailer that didn't supply at least the bare minimum and thank goodness we were camping with friends that had the above items for us to borrow. I appreciate the opportunity to rent, but we would not go through Brice again unless there was the assurance of an improvement regarding the above issues.
