2. wash and store dishes
3. wipe down surfaces

3.0The RV worked as advertised but it was very dirty. Dust over everything - even over the dishes that were inside the drawer. It looked like there was an attempt to wash the outside but it was a mess. Minimal dishes or cookware provided and I don't think the dishes were microwave safe. Before pick up communication was not as good as expected but afterwards communication went very well. Positives - it rode well, and the bed was very comfortable. Essentially everything worked.
