Black Rock RV Storage, Service & Rentals – By Burners, For Burners and Non Burners. For years, we’ve been storing and servicing RVs for fellow Burners as a way to give back to the community. We also have a few of our personal units available for rent—each one lovingly maintained, regularly serviced, and personally guaranteed by yours truly: "RV Daddy". We’re located on playa, so if you have any questions about your RV rental—or just want to swing by for one of our legendary Bacon, Beats & Margarita parties—you’re always welcome!MAC:
Skip the standard, basic rental fleets. This is a privately owned, meticulously maintained, 37-foot triple-slide Class A motorcoach. It has been specifically modified to handle the Nevada desert and the journey out to Black Rock City. Located here in Reno 10 miles from the airport.Playa-Specific Upgrades & Features:
On-Board Ice Maker: The upgraded refrigerator includes a built-in automatic ice maker, keeping you stocked with fresh ice right out of your freezer.
True Daytime Blackout (CS2 Shades): Surviving the heat requires real sleep. The bedroom features custom CS2 blackout shades that block 100% of the piercing desert sun. The back room stays completely dark so you can sleep comfortably through the day after running all night. Upgraded Heavy-Duty Suspension: Factory RV suspensions get bullied by washboards and heavy crosswinds. This rig is upgraded with Koni FSD shocks and a rear track bar stabilizer. It drives straight, doesn't sway when semi-trucks pass on Route 34, and handles the bumpy entrance to the playa smoothly.Reliable Power & A/C: Powered by a Ford Triton V10 engine, it features a heavy-duty 5.5 kW Onan generator to run the dual rooftop A/C units simultaneously when the midday heat hits.Space & Comfort:
Three massive slide-outs open up a residential-style interior layout so your crew isn't stepping over each other.Kitchen/Living:
Full kitchen with a 3-burner range, microwave, and deep double sink. Large sofa sleeper and booth dinette.Capacities:

Why is it a thing? No clue. What it does do is create extra work for the people who put it on and those who have to peel it off. So save yourself (and us) the hassle—it’s not required. For your convenience, all carpeting will be covered with construction-grade adhesive carpet protector to minimize dust retention and make cleanup at the end of the week a breeze. Less stress, more fun. See you on the playa!

Growing up tent camping in the Lake Tahoe wilderness was a transformative experience that instilled a deep love of nature within me. As I got older, I moved up to RV camping and found that it offered the perfect combination of convenience and outdoor adventure. Since then, I've been fortunate enough to travel extensively throughout the US and Canada, exploring some of the most beautiful and remote wilderness areas in North America. Whether it's hiking in the Rockies, kayaking in Alaska, or just enjoying a peaceful campfire under the stars, RV travel has allowed me to experience the natural world in a way that I never thought possible.
