While we love animals, we understand that some of our guests may have allergies. Any violation of this will require proper remediation and will be charged accordingly. We will provide you with a binder of reminders and instructions for anything you may need during your trip!Towing & Setup Requirements:
This is a 36’ travel trailer and does experience sway, and is heavier so proper towing setup is required. We recommend renters be experienced with towing large travel trailers. A weight distribution hitch is provided and required for use when towing this unit. Proper installation and setup will be completed and confirmed prior to departure to ensure safe towing performance. We take safety seriously and will walk through correct hookup, sway control setup, and towing procedures at pickup. The setup for this may take about 30 minutes. Be sure to check your vehicles tow requirements before check out.

We are very flexible and will do our best to meet your needs.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

We will provide a binder with a guide to help you easily understand how to operate the travel trailer, and show you how everything works upon pick up. (please allow for about 30 minutes if you need assistance)

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Plug the RV power cord into the campground’s electrical pedestal. This powers the air conditioning, outlets, lights, and appliances. Connect the fresh water hose from the RV to the campground water supply. This provides running water for sinks, shower, and toilet. Attach the sewer hose from the RV waste outlet to the campground sewer connection. This allows continuous draining of gray and black tanks. Always ensure valves remain closed unless actively dumping or connected properly.

Why do you not allow pets?
R.
We have nothing against pets! We love animals, however we understand that some of our guests may have allergies and we also would like to keep our travel trailer in premium condition for others to enjoy. Some pets shed significantly and would require extensive cleaning and remediation to ensure our next guest has a great experience.
