Qi provided excellent communication for booking, drop-off, and return. Guests found him helpful, understanding of situations, and described the pick-up and drop-off process as easy and friendly.

The trailer is easy to tow, cozy, and spacious, suitable for families. It offers basic amenities and is practical. However, issues reported include battery not holding charge, no propane, non-functional fridge, bent table leg, and missing smoke alarm battery.

5.0This was my first time renting a trailer and I couldn’t have had a better experience!! Qi was extremely communicative and helpful through out the booking, drop off, and return process! He was also extremely understanding of a few circumstances regarding my 6 yr old and the trailer, which I am so very thankful for. I would most definitely rent from him again and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an easy to tow comfortable sleeping trailer that has all the basic amenities you will need.
