We require our guests to purchase our additional liability insurance through our MBA Rental Insurance Policy. Once your booking is secured, we will message you instructions to purchase it through their website. It is $21/day for the duration of your vacation. This ensures the safety and security for us and our guestsWe will also will ask you to confirm the towing vehicle and towing experience. The vehicle will need to be equipped with a 7-pin connection and brake control system. We recommend a full sized SUV or truckPlease consider our optional upgrade packages. These add amenities to your stay. Here are the options, these can be selected at checkout and are available with both pick-up and delivery-Weight Distribution Hitch and sway control - This is a required option for vehicles that are smaller than a full size truck (F150) or SUV
-Bike Rack - This is a bike rack for up to 4 bikes that will mount on the RV's hitch on the back
- Outdoor Get-Away Package - This includes items for outside the trailer door. 5The RV is very clean, you have all you need including cutlery and clean towels. Josh and Jim are very nice and very helpful and willing to help beyond what they should do. I will definitely rent from them again.

Can I pick-up and tow the RV?

Simple answer is yes, However we do require you to have some experience towing and the proper vehicle to do so. We typically allow for all full sized SUVs and trucks to tow (with proper experience). Mid sized SUVs and trucks will be on a case to case basis, please message us for more information. You will also need to supply your own brake controller and 7-pin harness connection

What if the location does not have hookups or is not an official campground?
R.
No worries! We can discus the specific situation and accommodate you to the best of our ability. Our Jayco 174BH has a 20 gallon freshwater tank and a 12v DC battery system. The water heater and refrigerator can run on propane for multiple days and the electric is only needed for the on board water pump and the ceiling lights. Unfortunately the A/C will not run without a 30amp hookup or a sufficient generator.
