Message me about discounted rates for travel within 100 miles!If you prefer to not drive or deal with all of the responsibility that comes with an RV look no further:We specialize in staged rentals where you tell us where in Orange County you want the RV set up and we help with getting the oceanfront or campsite rental and have everything set for you upon arrival. Message me which sites you prefer in laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach etc and we can confirm availability and additional site cost! Be closer to the beach than any hotel and at a fraction of the cost!-RV is Car seat ready with 3 rear standard seat belts.Important additional rules/incidental fees:1. Vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as pickup, otherwise a $120 fee will be charged or fraction of fuel missing.2. If returning vehicle past reasonable agreed upon time, $50 per hour late fee will be charged.3. For health reasons, toilet tank must be emptied by renter prior to return, otherwise a $80 fee will be charged unless this service is pre-purchased in add-ons.4. Driving the vehicle on hard packed dirt roads is expected, but any intentional general off-roading is prohibited and renter shall be responsible for damages arising from such activity. This vehicle is only front wheel drive and driving on sand or loose dirt may easily get you stuck. Any confirmed off -road use will incur a $1500 fee for an automatic wear and tear expense in addition to any confirmed damages as much damage has long term affect on the vehicle suspension, engine, and components. Please do not rent this RV if you intend to travel beyond hardpacked roads that lead direct from main paved roads to campsites. This includes prohibition from driving on the beach, unmaintained dirt roads, desert sand trails, or any road that a standard 2 wheel vehicle would not be safe to drive on. This RV has low ground clearance and is not intended for use off of main roads or maintained hard packed dirt roads.5. Water does NOT need to be refilled, but appreciated if it is.6. 100 miles per day or Fee for additional miles are $0.90 per mile.7. Vehicle must be returned with all trash removed and in good condition. IF the vehicle had general use and only requires a wash and wipedown, sweeping basic cleaning from normal use I have listed the option for $180 and we will take care of cleaning the RV. If there are excessive stains, dirt, mud, sand, or any other need for extended cleaning to return the RV to its condition at the start of your rental you will be charged $260 withdrawn from your security deposit.8. Rental included 4 hours of generator use a day. Any additional hours will be at an additional charge. Recommandations-Laguna Beach

James was very easy to work with. When I had questions he would respond quickly made our trip very satisfying. Took the van to Doheney state beach campground and it accominated my wife and I very comfortably. I would rent again. Thanks James

Loved the brand new unit with the popup top for our adult daughter to join us on a Cali coast and mountain trip! The van is well equipped and outfitted for a comfortable camping on the go and fell in love with the idea of van tripping! The auto couch to big bed was very comfortable! Thank you James for letting us rent your camper van, it gave us a delightful and memorable Cali road trip!

James' RV is brand new and worked very well for us to have a wonderful trip to Yosemite! James is a perfect host. He is very patient in showing us all the details about the RV and is super easy to communicate with. James was very quick to respond to every question and ready to help. Amazing experience with James!
