**No Special License Required AND Pet Friendly**"Birdie", as we lovingly refer to her is a 2021 FR3 32DS Bunk House. It is fully loaded with all the amenities to truly elevate your next outdoor adventure and make you feel right at home. This big, beautiful RV features 6 beds including a King bed in the master and bunk beds. You'll also find a full bath with shower, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dining table, couches and so much more.Entertainment! There are a total of 4 TV's onboard (1 outside) with Roku TV. Outdoor speakers, LED lighting for that fun under glow look, and a firepit set the stage so you can host family and friends.We are happy to provide towels, outdoor rug, cleaning supplies, and basic kitchen equipment at NO Additional Charge.A firepit and folding table are also complimentary and available upon request!With Very LOW mileage, this RV drives and feels like NEW.Start making memories today!**Please Read**-We are pet friendly with some exceptions, just please inform us beforehand.-We are tailgate and concert friendly with some exceptions, please ask.-There is a 3 Night Minimum-150 miles a day Free. Additional fees apply for going over.-6 hours a day for the generator also Free. Additional fees apply for going over.-We offer delivery and pick up services within a specified radius for an additional fee. Self pick up is always free.-We also offer a full service option where we drop off and set up for your stay then tear down and drive home when you are finished. This is an additional fee service that may be negotiated beforehand and dependent on location and availability.-All damage (tire damage, window, upholstery, paint, damage to any of the included items, etc.) is the responsibility of the renter.-Normal pick up and drop off is anytime between 9am - 6pm the day due. This is also negotiable, if discussed and agreed to beforehand.-Both gas and propane tanks must be returned full as they were delivered to you. Additional fees apply should you forget or would like us to do it for you.-Grey and black water tanks must be emptied prior to drop off. Additional fees apply should you forget or would like us to do it for you.-Linens may be provided for an additional $50.
