Cozy , clean unit sleeps a couple perfectly fresh high quality sheets are included, but bring your own blankets and one small child if you put down the kitchen table. We have a tv that has a dvr and a few movies . There is one cook top with a couple of pans. A small rv fridge and a microwave. The bathroom has a nice vanity stocked with towels and toliet paper. The kitchen has paper products(paper platesand plastic silverware. One propane tank and charged battery. The hook up is a 2 5/16 ball. This is a light camper and can be pulled behind many vehicles.
