To ensure every guest has a great experience and to keep our RV in top condition, please review the following policies before your trip. Return Condition Please return the RV in the same general condition you received it. The fuel tank should be full, propane refilled, and the black and gray tanks emptied prior to return. If these items are not completed, service fees may apply: $100 for tank dumping, $100 for propane refill, and $25 plus the cost of fuel for refueling. Guests who prefer not to handle these items may choose the optional No Hassle Return service when booking. Return Time Standard return time is before 5pm Late Returns after 5pm may incur a $100 late return fee. If past 8pm 200$ late fee Pets Please inquire before booking if you plan to travel with pets so we can confirm approval and discuss any additional guidelines. Smoking Policy Smoking or vaping inside the RV is strictly prohibited. If smoke odors require additional cleaning, a $400 cleaning fee will be charged. Driving Restrictions For safety and to protect the vehicle, off-road driving is not permitted. Travel to areas such as the Bonneville Salt Flats or Death Valley is not allowed. Trips to Burning Man are strictly prohibited and may result in significant penalties. Children & Car Seats The RV includes two car seat anchor points. Child seat laws vary by state, so guests are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations. Cleaning Expectations If the RV is returned in similar condition to how it was received, no additional cleaning fees will be charged. Excessive mess or deep cleaning requirements may result in additional fees.
