This trailer truly is a load of fun for anyone that enjoys tailgating or the outdoors.**3/4 Ton or larger truck is required and an Anti-Sway Hitch is included**The main bedroom offers a queen sized bed with a mattress topper and USB charging ports for your devices. It has a closet for hanging clothes as well as plenty of drawers for storage/folding clothes.The main bathroom has a full sized shower and toilet.The slide-out living area has a three seat reclining sofa, a 32" mounted smart TV and a Bluetooth radio with indoor and outdoor speakers.The kitchen has a propane cooktop, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Cookware is provided as well as a pod coffee maker and most cooking utensils.The "garage area" offers a queen sized bunk bed that has the ability to function as a dining table with bench seating. The garage is 11' in length and 72"-84" tall which would be perfect to haul some of your favorite toys. The garage is separated by a wall and door from main living area and also has its own toilet and sink. The garage is equipped with AC/heat and has its own access door separate from the main entry door.The exterior has an 18' rollout canopy with LED lights. A 30 gallon fuel tank that feeds the fuel station for your toys and the generator. Also equipped is an outdoor "hose-off" station.**The ramp also functions as a covered and fenced in outdoor patio that is great for pets or just sitting out and enjoying the weather. The garage and patio can be separated by a mesh magnetic screen to help keep all the unwanted insects out while still being able to enjoy the outdoors.Bring your friends and/or family and get ready to make some memories of a lifetime in this beautiful home away from home!Trailer can be delivered and set up for $3/mile.On board Onan Generator is Free up to 4 hrs. Physical damages to exterior and any item that appears to be from direct abuse or accidents. Whatever the insurance policy doesn't cover will come out of the renters deposit. Most of the time this is not an issue as long as renters treat the RV as if it was theirs.
