5.0This was a real enjoyment , Jessica was easy to contact and responded to all my questions quickly. Jordan made sure our unit was delivered to our campsite as arranged and after he showed us how to operate the lighting , heating and hot water, and recharging batteries from a generator they also supplied. very simple to operate. in fact there was nothing we needed , everything was there . loved the full size shower . The hot water system was really good too. The trailer was deluxe, clean and comfortable and really made our trip a great experienced. 100% satisfied

5.0We are very happy with our rental! The RV is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Jessica was a wonderful host and made the entire process seamless with her great communication-she even messaged to ensure we had enough bedding. She was also incredibly fair and flexible around our pick-up and drop-off times.Just a quick heads up maybe bring a favorite skillet, as the cookware is basic (we ended up buying a new pan to cook with). It was also a bit of a bummer that the BBQ listed wasn't available, so you may want to double-check on that before you leave. However, Jessica's amazing service and the overall quality of the RV easily make this a 5-star experience! We would definitely rent from them again. Thanks Jessica!
