• Follow all laws when driving and parking. • No smoking of any kind. • No drug use. • Renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, towing, and impounds for the duration of the rental. • Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. Tires are inspected and filled to the proper pressure prior to the start of the rental, and if anything is to happen on the road, you are responsible for the tire repair or replacement as well as any service/towing fees associated. • If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by Outdoorsy and alert the owner immediately. YOU SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS WITHOUT THE OWNER'S CONSENT. Out-of-pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by the owner upon return of the vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided. • Make sure you understand the proper operation of systems. The owner will provide information on the operation of all aspects of the RV at the time of pickup and will provide an instruction manual for special features and appliances. It is the renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to properly use any of the systems, features, or appliances in the RV may result in damage and the renter will be liable for the cost to repair. • No towing. Towing with a drivable RV is not covered by Outdoorsy's insurance. •No Animals allowed per No Animals rule. • Return the RV with a full Gas tank. If not returned full, we will fill the tank for you at $6/gal or the current cost of gas (if prices go higher). • Return the RV with grey and sewer tanks dumped. A $150 dump fee will be included if tanks are not emptied.
