Payment of any charges and outstanding damages will still be due after the forfeiture. All adult drivers must be validated and qualify for the insurance coverage.
Height Restrictions: The van is 12 feet tall and will not fit in most drive-throughs or parking garages. If you are in doubt, a good practice is to have someone get out of the van and guide the driver.Please report any accidents and damage involving the vehicle to us and the police within 24 hours of occurrence.
Tickets, Tolls, etc. You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.

Host James is highly responsive, provides clear instructions, demo videos, and guidance. He is very flexible with schedules, pickup/drop-off, and accommodating plans, ensuring a smooth and helpful experience for renters.
Smooth Driving, Well-Equipped Van
The van drives smoothly, is clean, mechanically sound, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, fridge/cooler, and outdoor shower. It's spacious for families, though taller guests (5'10"+) should mind the ceiling. Minor paneling repairs are noted.

5.0Host communication and flexibility was excellent, they had demo videos for van functions and were very responsive. The van height is fine if you’re 5’10” or shorter but taller people will need to mind the ceiling. There are some parts of the interior paneling that need repair; but the van itself came clean and is mechanically sound. We had a car seat in the rear bench and that worked well, but discuss with the host if you’d like to have an adult sit in those seats.

5.0James set us up for such a great adventure! Van life was a dream. Well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, tons of storage, nice fridge/cooler made food easy, and the shower was so handy for rinsing off after the beach + with dishes. Smooth process and trip! Thanks!!

5.0We had a wonderful time traveling around Washington in this van! James was so great to work with and had everything we needed for our trip. He was also very flexible with our schedule. We loved the van so much we want our own now! We would definitely rent from James again. 10/10 trip for sure!
