We had the best possible time. The van is fantastically equipped with lots of helpful details (sockets in various places, dimmable leds, induction hob, gorgeous bed, bin,...) and cosy like a living room. Since the car is self-sufficient, we never had any stress about overnight stays and it also saved us money. The communication before and during the rental was optimal, we got answers immediately and Quennel was always helpful.

We had a fantastic week away in Big Blue road tripping from Vancouver to Banff! The layout and design of the van is great and the bed is super comfy! Quennel has put alot of effort into making sure the extra little things are in place to ensure the trip is as hassle free as possible. Quennel clearly has a passion for the vans and was extremely helpful and accommodating during the booking process. As someone who has built my own campervan in the past, I was well impressed with the build quality, features and electrical set up in this vehicle. Would definitely recommend and will use again if required in the future!

We had to most amazing 12 day trip in Quennel’s van ‘Big Blue’. It was a compact home on wheels with so many features to ensure a comfortable and effortless trip around Canada.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I have a delivery charge which is 0-20 km costing $4/km and 20-50 km costing $6/km, minimum fee of $50. I usually do pick-up and drop off at Moody Centre Skytrain Station in Port Moody.
Q.Will there be a complete walk-through/training on how to operate the van?
R.
Yes! Upon pick-up, a complete front-to-back walkthrough and training will occur. There doesn't have to be any uncertainty and all questions are welcomed!
