This is a BIG travel trailer, if you like a lot of space this is the perfect travel trailer for you! Perfect for a family getaway or couples retreat! Take a road trip and make memories with those that mean the most to you with our spacious 2014 Crossroads Sunset Trail Reserve Travel trailer comes with all the tools you'll need on your trip. One should never expect to "Make Time" when towing an RV. Enjoy the journey.If your new to trailer pulling this may not be the right trailer to learn on. There is insurance to cover the Oh Poop moments, but I also want you to have a safe and enjoyable trip. Ending up in a crash will not help you do that. Bottom Line: Know your own limitations.

We are a small (One Trailer) business. Our rental is our family member and we enjoy renting him out so that others can enjoy him. We take personal pride in providing outstanding service to our customers. We provide many extras on board so that renters do not need to bring everything. We have complete kitchen dishes, utensils, and pots/pans. We have a variety of bedding just in case the renter forgets something or suddenly has a guest they didn't expect. We have towels on board in case renters forget those. We have a variety of gadgets to include marshmallow sticks, pie maker, axes, small tool set, chairs, and like items.

This RV was perfect for our family trip to JellystonePark Quaryville. Donald delivered and setup and went over everything. Really one of the nicest people you could meet! Everything you could need during a camping trip was included. The RV was roomy for a family of four and our young kids really loved the bunkhouse. On the days that it rained for a bit, we had plenty of room to sit on the couch and the kids could sit at the table and color or play with their toys. The fridge and freezer worked very well, and the AC in mid summer was excellent. The outdoor kitchen was a really great feature too, with the fridge working well also. Shower was roomy, water pressure was great, bathroom was decent size for an RV. We loved this RV and had no issues at all. We highly recommend this RV and Donald, and we plan to rent again in the future.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
I generally work closely with each renter to ensure their departure and return is as smooth as possible. If that means picking up or dropping off hours other than I have posted please ask and we will do our best to accommodate the situation.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
All items needed to include 80 feet of electrical cord, 75 feet of water hose, and 30 feet of sewer hose are provided with the camper. Adapters to adapt to 15, 30, or 50 amp plugs are also available with the camper. This RV is my personal RV, which when its not rented I use. When you rent we go over each and every step to ensure you can setup and I am a phone call away if your forget or run into an issue while out with the trailer. Not to worry you are covered.
