A 100W solar panel on the roof keeps the battery trickle charged to run the interior lights, fan, water pump, and USB charging ports. A 16,000 BTU gas furnace will keep you nice and toasty during cold nights in the mountains, and its 6-gallon propane water heater will supply you with enough water to have a hot shower. And, if the weather gets hot, cool off quickly with the 13,500 BTU roof mount air conditioning unit. No climbing on the roof, no smoking, no concerts, music festivals, or tailgating.
We have a strict no smoking policy prohibiting any type of smoking and the use of tobacco, marijuana, vaping/e-cigarettes. If you violate this policy, you will be fined.
Pickup time is 3:00 pm, drop-off time is 11:00 am. If you wish to pick up earlier (earliest pickup 7:00 am), or drop off late (latest drop-off 6:00 pm), you may purchase the necessary add-ons.
Pets are welcome! We ask that you make an extra special effort to keep things clean (hose off dirty paws using the exterior shower if needed). If the trailer is not clean when returned, additional cleaning fees will apply. Pets are not to be left in the trailer alone. Pets must be accompanied by you at all times.
Despite its aggressive off-road style tires, the Little Guy Mini Max is not intended for extreme off-road use. Please stay on paved roads as much as possible or reasonably smooth and level dirt/gravel roads.
A 30A shore power hookup or a 30A-capable generator is required to run the air conditioner, microwave, and interior electrical outlets. A 15A/20A 120V household power source can be used to power the trailer, except for the air conditioner and the microwave, which both require 30A. You may purchase the generator add-on to rent our WEN 56380i 3,800-watt generator.
Your tow vehicle must be capable of towing 3,500 lbs., and be equipped with a 2” hitch ball, 7-way plug, and a brake controller. Your tow vehicle and the trailer must be level. The trailer coupler height is 19.5” when level. A quick online search will help you figure out if you need a ball mount with a drop or a rise.
GPS Tracker on board. Apple AirTag will be used to track location of the trailer for safety tracking and theft prevention. Please do not disable or tamper with AirTag.
