RecommandationsHASSLE-FREE SERVICE OPTION:
Towing, setting up, and returning a camper can sometimes be daunting for travelers. We offer a service that allows you to avoid all the hassle and just experience the fun of living in an original vintage Airstream camper for several days. We will set everything up for you (and take it down) at a campsite of your choice. The chosen campsite needs to be within about 100 miles of Pleasant Grove. There is a fee associated with this service but many of our customers love the experience. In Northern Utah there are several great places to visit. Antelope Island, Bear Lake, Aspen Grove, Lake Shore (on Utah Lake), Deer Creek State Park, Lake View Cove (on Starvation Lake) and Skyline Mountain Resort are all good campsites to stay at and are not too far for a vintage camper to travel. The host would prefer if the camper stayed within about 300 miles of Pleasant Grove, in Utah, as the camper is a little older than your average RV.Autres points à signalerSmall dogs under 30 pounds are allowed. No cats.
No festivals. No smoking. The top edge of the hitch ball, on the towing vehicle, needs to be at about 20 inches from the ground so that the trailer sits level when being towed. This is just an estimate since each towing vehicle is different and some trucks will sag more than others under the weight of the camper. The hitch weight (not towing weight) of the camper is around 850 lbs depending on how much cargo, fuel, water, etc is inside. The hitch ball size for towing needs to be the standard 2-5/16".

The Oliver Family, including our pug Murray, loves the outdoors and going on new adventures in our vintage Airstream. We enjoy exploring Utah and the many national parks, state parks, and forests. The Lone Ranger, our 1978 Airstream Trade Wind, was recently renovated in Utah.
