Host even gave me a gift basket my whole family enjoyed. The vehicle was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The delivery walkthrough before host left was thorough, clear, and gave us total confidence as first-time renters.What really set this experience apart, though, was the customer service. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive when we had a quick question about the RV They made the entire delivery and pickup process seamless and stress-free.We made wonderful family memories on this trip, and we will definitely be renting from them again for our next outdoor adventure!

Everything is fairly straightforward, but if you have any questions during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
To make your trip as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, our service technician not only will deliver the vehicle but he provides complete hook up and will service the trailer as needed. This can include tasks such as emptying the waste tanks, refilling fresh water, and ensuring everything is operating properly. This allows you to relax and enjoy your vacation without having to worry about the maintenance and upkeep of the RV.

Can your trailer be delivered to the dunes, and will it be set up there?
R.
Yes, we can deliver the trailer to the dunes area; however, our driver will not tow it onto the beach itself. Instead, the driver will meet you at the entrance, assist with hitching the trailer to your vehicle (you must have a compatible hitch), and then follow you to your campsite to provide full setup. Please note that this trailer does not include a generator.
