Perfect for your next getaway. The photo above is a representation of our actual RV. Excellent mechanically. Only 30,000 miles. All the comforts for glamping. Sleeps 4. Can sleep 5 if one is a child. Has 3/4 size refrigerator, 2 burner gas stove, microwave, hot/cold water, HD TV, stereo accepts aux cable or bluetooth. Outdoor shower with hot & cold water for beach hose-off. Upper queen bed when expanded. Couch folds into full bed. Bench in back makes into smaller length bed. All hook ups (sewer, power, water) and hoses included. Includes back-up camera. Includes 2nd battery to power interior if not plugged in (does not run microwave). Excellent heater. Curtains provide privacy between back and middle areas, plus pull both closed for bathroom privacy. Has brand-new toilet.Has 2 exhaust fans. 3 additional plugs in interior, plus extra plugs in cigarette lighter. Locking center console. Includes silverware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, cutting boards, knives, etc. Bring your own bedding and you're all set!No DVD player.Will allow up to 2 smaller dogs. (per dog pet fee required).We will try to accommodate your schedule regarding pick up and drop off times.You will receive the camper with a full tank of gas. Please return with a full tank or there is a $4.00 per gallon charge to refill.Cancellations less than 30 days prior to start date will reimburse deposit and 75% of rental payment.
