Lightweight travel trailer (6000lbs, 2720 kg Gvwr) Great for couples or family with small children. Very maneuverable as it's only 22' from hitch to bumper.
Full queen size bed in front & jack-knife sofa in the slide-out (5'-6" long, 3'-6" wide suitable for small children).
Full Kitchen inside, gas griddle and worktop outside.
Very clean non-smoking unit, with flexible pick up and drop off times.
Trailer is located in Pincher Creek - within 1 hour of over 30 provincial and national parks.
***NO Cleaning FEE!!*** In lieu of the cleaning fee, the renter is expected to return the RV in the same condition and cleanliness that they received it in. All required cleaning supplies will be provided. Rentals returned uncleaned will be charged a $100 fee from the damage deposit.
***Please have the Grey & Black tanks emptied before returning or there is a $150 emptying fee***
***Please have the propane tanks filled before returning or there is a $75 fee (please provide a receipt when returning the RV)***
***We do not permit excessive travel on gravel roads or crown camping due to excessive wear and tear. Towing vehicle must have tow capacity of 6,000lbs and a trailer brake controller***
***small pets allowed for $100 pet fee***

- Pickup is 2pm and after, return is 12 noon. Possible to be flexible but this depends on our other reservations.
