5Absolutely amazing host and RV! Joseph took ample time to show us around the RV before departure. He was super professional as well as kind. we used the rv to explore the grand canyon and other sights here in arizona for about a week. The van ran smooth and safely to get us to all the places that we wanted to visit. Small learning curve to drive something bigger than a simple car, but joseph took his time and expertise to show us how to opperate the vehicle. The amenities in the RV were fantastic! Ample space for 2 travelers with fantastic creature comfort features. We used the tv once with the help of starlink and our ps4 on a rainy evening that we experienced. starlink worked top notch to connect us to the internet. The pull out bed worked great for our needs as well as space in the pop up top area if needed. The kitchen was stocked with plates and bowls and other simple items that would assist in our journey. the bathroom/shower had shampoo conditioner and body wash if needed! The pop up top was super cool but we didnt use it on our journey this time. The van was extraordinarily clean. if I could leave a 10+ star review I would! we look forward to renting again!!!!!!

5Joseph could not have been a better host. He took so much time with me explaining every detail. We are first time RV’ers so it took a lot of explaining😬. When we arrived at our destination, we had to call him for a few things and he was very very patient. The RV itself was awesome. We had to learn very quickly to maneuver in a small space.. thank you Outdoorsey for having this avenue for campers like us.

Are there any additional fees?

It is expected that the tanks are emptied, fuel is refilled, and the van is cleaned prior to its return. If not, there will be a charge for us to do it for you. Dumping Fee: $50 Refuel Fee: $50 (Plus cost of fuel and propane retained from your deposit) each. Cleaning Fee: $100 Deep Cleaning Fee: $200 Please clean up after yourself. If you choose not to, we may have to charge the cleaning fee. If it's very dirty (caked in mud, toilet stains, etc. then it may be a deep cleaning fee.)

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pickup can be anytime starting at 12pm or later. We have an "add-on" option if you want us to get it ready for you earlier for $50, with adequate notice. Drop off will be at 1pm or earlier, with an "add-on" option for late drop off until 6pm for $50 so long as we are notified and agree to it ahead of time since we'll need to alter our schedule to accommodate.
