Flexible, responsive issue resolution
Alexander quickly responds, is flexible, delivers and sets up the RV, and effectively resolved tire issues by approving new tires and a spare.
Spacious, mixed readiness, AC power
The RV offers plenty of comfortable space and two bathrooms for 10. However, one rental was dirty with a sewer smell, and another had tire issues upon pickup. The AC needs more than a 550W generator.

3.0Alexander responded quickly, but the RV was full of dirt and had a really strong sewer smell. Our 550W generator was not big enough to run the AC in the RV.

5.0Alexander was awesome! He delivered the trailer to our spot at Pleasant Harbor and set it up so it was nice and cool when we got there. Plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable.

5.0Everything was Great from start to finish. Alexander did a wonderful job making sure the RV was set up for our needs and he was very flexible.

4.0When I picked up the trailer, I advised the owner that one tire had a flat spot, one tire had a bubble, and there was no spare. The owner explained he wanted Discount Tire to verify. So, I took the trailer and on my way home, the tire with a bubble blew out. I was gonna take it the next morning to Discount cause they were already closed and didn’t want to come back the next day to get the trailer cause it was kind of far away(not the owners fault). The next morning I took the trailer to Discount and the owner approved 2 new tires and also a spare wheel and tire in case something else came up. The transaction at Discount was easy and the trailer owner worked well with them and did all he could to fix the issue once Discount verified it. The reason for the 4 stars instead of a 5, was because the trailer wasn’t ready.
