This 2022 Cruiser MPG Ultralite 2500BH is very clean inside and outside and fully stocked for your basic needs. This rig is spacious and great for entertaining your family/guests both inside and outside. I welcome long distance travelers and long term renters! Travel Trailer Features: A/C and Fridge/Freezer Closed off main bedroom (King Size BED) Dinning table that turns into a bed Sink with large countertop space Spacious bathroom (sink, toilet, countertop/storage, and full standing shower) 2 Full propane tanks Generator with a full tank - (Temporary Limited USE Runs Microwave & TV at same time but not AC and microwave will explain on pickup.) Microwave 3 burner gas stove Indoor and outdoor speakers Electric awning LCD TV with DVD Keurig will be provided along with coffee cups Camping cooking pots pans & plates spoons included Additional gas will for the generator will be the renters responsibility. I also offer delivery and pickup within a 50 mile radius. There is NO Limit on travel miles. Full Trailer Specs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K51JBk1ZVO0 The trailer is 5,700 lbs dry weight. Tow vehicle must have 7,000 lbs towing capacity or more. To tow you will need a 7-pin round electrical connector. The trailer has electric brakes and a brake control is required. TOW Hitch and Sway Bars will be provided upon request. Please be sure to dump all black and gray water before returning the trailer. I can direct you to a local dump station if you forget to do it at the RV park. The dump station will charge you a fee. If you return the trailer without dumping the black and gray water or if you would like me to dump for you, there will be a charge of $100. Please DO NOT use household toilet paper, camping toilet paper will be provided. Do not flush any wipes, napkins, paper towels or women's products. Only camping toilet paper can be flushed.
