I just bought this Travel Trailer this summer, so it is brand new. Air conditioning (when hooked up to 30amps or generator) and a heater. It has a Queen Murphy bed that converts to a small couch, along with two oversize (double) bunk beds. Queen bed included linens, and the bunks include sleeping bags and pillows. The kitchen has a two burner stove, sink, fridge (separate freezer), and microwave. Kitchen comes stocked with pots/pans, utensils, plates/bowls/cups, and silverware. Only bodily waste and provided TP goes in the toilet. Use provided waste baskets for everything else.Towels Provided for the Bathroom in the Cabinet under the Sink.
