Communication with the host was very good. No complaints there. But the coach was very “tired” and has seen it’s share of abuse. Not sure if it was worth the nightly cost but we made it work.

Pickup of unit is flexible -please let us know what time works for you :) Return of vehicle is by 5pm. Fee assessed if returned late. No Smoking in vehicle No towing behind RV The unit is rented empty. Renters may add on kitchen set-up, linens, hammock, move screen, movie projector and more for an upcharge (see add-ons at bottom of listing) The RV is 2 wheel drive- snow, ice, mud and rough dirt roads are prohibited. Well traveled dirt roads are ok :) The unit has a GPS; speeding over 80 is not advisable and may require return of unit. Gray and Black Water Dumping Required or a $35 fee is assessed The propane needs to be re-filled upon return or a $20 plus cost of gas for fill up will be assessed Full tank of gas required upon return or $20 fee plus cost of gas Inside unit, wipe-down required upon return of unit No climbing on roof of unit
