A great experience! I usually rent with a company, but renting from Josh was so much better! He picked us up at the airport, then explained everything about the van. He was very responsive when we had questions. The shower in the van was a nice amenity, especially after long days hiking.

Josh was a fantastic host: pick us up from the airport and got us all oriented to Beethoven at his house. As others have noted, the rooftop “porch“ is a real highlight, but also overall the configuration of of the vehicle really worked for us. This was our trial will run to see if we might consider getting our own campervan, and we are we are definitely sold.!

Our experience renting Beethoven from Josh was absolutely fantastic. The van was perfect for what my husband and I needed to explore Northern Arizona, and it truly made the whole trip feel effortless and fun. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made such a difference after long days of hiking and exploring. We also loved how easy it was to cook meals right in the van—everything was simple, functional, and thoughtfully set up. It made the whole experience feel cozy and convenient. Driving the van was also surprisingly easy, even for longer distances and different terrain. The van felt well maintained and very user-friendly. Josh was also super communicative the entire time. Anytime we had a question or needed something, he responded within minutes and was incredibly helpful. That level of support made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, Beethoven was the perfect home base for our adventure. We would absolutely rent from Josh again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable and easy way to explore the area.

The bed was really comfortable and it was great having a toilet. The van is more outdated than the pictures show, but still very nice and comfortable. Super easy pick up and drop off.
