This is our family’s RV and we want other families to create memories in it, too! It’s perfect for escaping the summer heat up north or visiting any of the beautiful lakes and mountains in Arizona.We only do occasional rentals with a 5-day minimum, in-Arizona only, policy.Included with every rental:
- Kitchen includes gas stovetop and oven, microwave, extra-large refrigerator/freezer, utensils, dishes for 4, pots & pans, paper products, toaster, electric coffee maker.
- Bathroom includes toilet paper, hand soap, and basic first aid kit.
- Camp chairs, barbecue and a supply of family board games included.
- Beds: Sleeps 6-8 - Bed in master bedroom sleeps 2 adults.
Bunk over cab with 3” thick memory foam mattress topper sleeps 2 adults.
Convertible booth dinette sleeps up to 2 children or 1 small adult.
Sofa-sleeper jack-knife bed sleeps up to 2 children or 1 small adult.
- This is a 30 amp electric RV that’s 32 feet long with 2 slides.Pick up- We can be flexible with pick up times, but evenings are best.
We will run through how everything works which will take between 30-45 minutes.*Note: An inside cleanup including wipe down surfaces, dishes, trash, and floor sweep, etc., is expected, or there will be a deduction from your deposit. A cleaning checklist will be provided upon pickup. RV must be returned with a full tank of gas. I charge $4 per gallon if it’s not. It has a 55-gallon tank. Propane tank is 9.8 gallons, we include 3 gallons. If propane is returned below 2/3 there is a $30 charge for refill.
$200 fee if RV is not returned clean with waste tanks empty. OR you can opt to pay the $150 cleaning fee and $50 dump fee, your choice.
*$500 refundable deposit required for damage*.
****NO climbing on roof, smoking, dunes, Burning Man, Nascar, tailgating, dirt roads or trips outside Arizona.
