Great experience with Arizona Camper Van. We used Jet-the Ford Transit.
Jesse was helpful, understanding and responsive. The check in process was seamless. Van was all clean and ready for us as well.
Just a heads up that we discovered after getting the van-there is no heat source built in! This proved a bit tricky since we went up North and it was still quite cold, but we managed. Some type of apparatus to hang towels and bathing suits would be super helpful too :)

Excellent customer service, all our questions were answered quite fast, it was our first time using a campervan, and we really enjoyed our trip from Phoenix to Sedona, Lake Powell and Bryce Canyon. It was easy to drive, park and set up; the perfect size for the two of us. A wonderful week traveling, eating, and sleeping comfortably in the campervan. We will be back!!

The Jet was a really smooth ride, overall great experience w Arizona camper vans!! The van was clean and well kept, complete with all the amenities needed for our 5-night camping trip. Bed was really nice and soft, gave us hikers the best sleep! Jessie was very quick and responsive with questions we had about the vehicle, even late in the evening. Highly recommend it to my friends and family - hopefully will get to go on another adventure with them in the future.

Overall this van was a great value and dealing with the company was great. They got back to us via text and phone quickly when we had issues. We made the mistake of flipping a switch next to the light switches that turned the fridge off. Although neither of us figured out what we had done, (it was in the video they send us but we didn’t remember) they offered for us to buy a cooler and ice and reimburse us. I personally found the bed comfortable because I’m a back sleeper and I like sleeping with my head and feet slightly evaluated , but it was sagged in the middle and hubby is a side sleeper and found it uncomfortable. Bedding was clean and comfortable sheets looked new. The camping supplies could’ve been a bit cleaner (some residual grease left from previous campers along with a broken salt shaker that got salt everywhere) but it was nice that many things were included and we added a peeler and tablecloth to the bucket. I priced out similar vans from other companies and this was by far the better deal. Worth the small inconvenience. Based on value and responsiveness, I’d give it five stars.
