Guests find the van easy to drive and park. It's often clean with good features like a large fridge. However, there are mixed reviews on solar power capabilities for major appliances, wear & tear, and occasional broken items (awning, battery).

4.0This was my third "vanlife" trip to Colorado. The van ran great and was very easy to drive. It had all the things you could need for a trip traveling around easily from place to place. There were a couple of things worth noting, when we booked we looked for one with solar power and while it does have that some of the major things in the van could only be used with the generator. Shower, AC, heat, water pump etc could only be ran with generator running...that was an issue because when we did stay at campgrounds we were often unable to use these because of generator rules. Even wild camping, no one wants to hear a generator running consistently. So just be aware that this can isnt fully solar powered and plan accordingly. The other thing is even though this is a nice van its definitely showing some "wear and tear" from the pictures, the window coverings would fall all night long and the bed was not comfortable. We did purchase an additional mattress pad and that helped. The bed was a great size and once we got the hang of all controls everything functioned pretty well. Biggest issue was the requirement of running the generator for so much and not being prepared for that when booking campground with strict quiet hours and no electricity hook ups. Overall it was a good van and trip.

5.0We had a great experience with this rental and the camping trip we took it on. The camper van was exactly as listed, was very clean, and performed well. It gave us an experience introduction to what "van life" might be like. Derrik was very helpful both explaining things when we picked up the van and receiving feedback when we dropped it off. I would certainly rent this one again.

3.0House battery failed day one. Spent much time and effort first 5 days of trip troubleshooting. RV owner was responsive and professional but not much he could do short of replacing the battery. We had to change campground sites so we had electrical hookup at a not insignificant cost to us and the people we were with. On a minor note the RV awning, pictured prominently on the website, was missing. Also, we paid $200 for an optional toweling package and were missing several items listed in the customer guide book. On a positive note the RV engine ran well and with electrical hookup functioned fine.

5.0This experience was really wonderful start-to-finish. We had the van delivered from Colorado Springs up to Highlands Ranch and also picked up after our trip. We added the package so they emptied the tanks and all we had to do was just drive it and enjoy our trip! The only bummer was the awning was broken which would have helped shield us from the rain we had over the last weekend but that’s not the owner’s fault as a previous renter broke it. The induction oven was also partially shattered but we were still able to cook which was wonderful. The van was impeccably clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable! We were so grateful for the creature comforts and the extra warmth the van provided while we camped in the rain. Would definitely rent again. Thanks for a memorable trip!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The Teton is generally available for Pick up and Drop off between 8am and 6pm MT. Please coordinated with us your exact meet up time. Times outside these are possibly available upon request. We can also delivery the van to the Denver or Colorado Springs Airport for an extra fee.

Am I permitted to take this van to a festival, concert, or tailgating?

Yes! We just ask that you are honest about where you take our van. We know this rig is perfect for these events. Please don't drive if you've been drinking at all and please clean up after yourself. If the van is extra sandy or extra dirty from your event you may be charged an extra clean up fee.
