Résumé de l'évaluation
Flexible, helpful, and communicative
Hannah was highly accommodating, assisting with last-minute changes and delivering/setting up the trailer. Guests praised her quick, clear communication and thorough walk-throughs, making the rental experience easy and painless.
Functional, with reported hot water issues
The RV is described as simple to set up, adequate, and offers ample storage with good battery/water capacity for off-grid use. However, multiple guests reported issues with the hot water not working, and one noted cleanliness problems in the fridge.

5.0Hannah was lovely to chat with. I had many questions as this was my first time using the platform. She was quite flexible with pickup and drop off and was able to accommodate us super last minute when our camper broke down. Rescued our whole vacation. The RV itself was everything we needed. Couldn't figure out the hot water. Simple to set up with ample storage.

5.0Great experience, trailer was super easy to pick up and drop off. Nice and clean and everything was exactly as we expected. No surprises, exactly as we’d hoped. Hannah was amazing, quick and clear communication. Absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to rent from again.

5.0This was the easiest experience. My daughter was getting married so I was very busy and I didn’t have to worry about a thing, set was done & pick up was painless! A fantastic experience!

5.0Hannah and her husband were awesome, they delivered, set up, and picked up the trailer, and we had to put it in an awkward spot, so that did an amazing job. The trailer was great- we didn't have hookups available where we camped, but there was enough battery power and water in the tank that we were still able to use the lights, toilet, and sink for the two and a half days we had it for.
