It's very clean, low mileage 35' class A gas coach. It has as 2 slideouts, 3 flatscreen TV's (exterior TV and stereo), in motion satellite system with Directv receiver, 5.5K Onan generator, automatic leveling jacks, electric awning with remote control, 2 bathrooms (one with toilet and sink, and other with large shower, toilet and sink), queen bed in back, dinette which turns into a bed, and large couch which slides out to a bed, inverter, solar panels on roof and plenty of underneath storage. Our RV comes fully stocked with dishes, bowls, cups, wine glasses, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, bedding and towels. Comes with propane bbq, folding camping chairs and folding table. All of the above included with your rental.Brand new listing and ready for you and your family to create some memories.Fuel tank will be full when you pick up the coach. It needs to be returned full or you will be charged the cost of the fuel plus a $40 fee.
Black and gray tanks need to be emptied prior to return or you will be charged a $40 fee.
Propane use is included in the rental. You are NOT required to refill the propane tank.
We charge a $125 cleaning fee with each rental. This covers the cost of an exterior wash and linens cleaned to get the coach ready for the next rental.
You are required to clean the interior of the coach and return it in the same clean condition that it was when picked up. Any interior cleaning needed will result in a charge from your deposit. If you don't feel like cleaning the interior, you can pay the $100 optional interior cleaning fee.Any damage to the coach will be your financial responsibility. If it is minor, it will be deducted from your deposit. If anything major and you need to use the insurance policy, you are responsible for the deductible.Policies & Restrictions:- NO smoking of any kind in RV
- NO trips outside of the U.S
- Pets on case-by-case basis with additional fee
- 100 miles per day included with booking, .35 cents per mile cost thereafter
- Must sign release of liability, use at your own risk!
- CoachNet roadside assistance is automatically included at $15.00 per day
