Host was readily available to answer questions and walk through issues. However, failed to inform about a missing canopy until pickup and offered no concessions, causing disappointment.

Described as a great little camper for small families. The living quarters were fairly clean, but the drivers area needed improvement, and a canopy was missing upon pickup.

3.0The living quarters were fairly clean but the drivers area left a little to be desired. Also, was not told there was no longer a canopy on the RV until I went to pick it up. Given all the rain over Memorial Day weekend, this was disappointing and no concessions on price were given.

5.0Took the RV over the road to Acadia, ME. Our host was readily available to answer questions and walk us through any issues. This was our first RV experience and I would consider it a great vacation with a large learning curve as we begin to figure out what our camping style is.

We have a secure location for you to pick up the RV. The great thing is you can leave your vehicle there at no extra charge. We will show you how to hook up everything and answer any other questions you may have.

These are super easy to set up. I had no idea what I was doing when we purchased this, but my wife taught me in a matter of minutes.
