This Micro Minnie is 22.7 ft and the dry weight is 4140 lbs (410 lb hitch weight) making it perfect for suvs & half-ton trucks to pull. We even provide a sway bar & trailer cameras (back up/side) for easy navigation.* Fresh water tank = 31 gallons
* Gray tank = 25 gallons (kitchen/sink water)
* Black tank = 25 gallons (toilet/shower water)

This rv sleeps 4 and is best suited for 2 adults & 2 small children. The Murphy bed/couch combo really makes it feel spacious!We provide most everything you need! Just bring your clothes/food and get ready for a fun, new adventure! We provide a manual with instructions, checklists & contact info. We are also available for support/questions via phone during your stay.We want you to have a blast on your trip while also respecting our things. Please keep the trailer clean and return it the way you found it. Well behaved pets are welcome.
