Your home away from home includes everything you'll need to build memories that last.This RV Sleeps 8 people (2 bunks, dining table and couch convert to sleep 2 each, and queen bed up front).Our very well kept RV includes a long list of amenities.Here are some items we'll include:
* LED TV with Blu-Ray
* I provide some freshly cleaned linens for the master bed and other blankets and pillows ( you are welcome to bring your own)
* Bath towels, hand soap, kitchen soap and kitchen towels.
* Queen size memory foam over queen bed (but, you are welcome to use on any bed you please)
* Some basic cleaning supplies
* RV Toilet Paper.
* Chemicals for the Toilet black tank.
* Dishes, basic pots, pans, and cooking utensils. etc. (I only ask you clean them if you use them)
* Broom and dust pan
* All necessary hoses and attachments for emptying both the black and gray tanks
* Tools for lowering the trailer stabilizers and leveling blocks at the camp site. I'll explain how to use when you pick up.
* I'll have both propane tanks filled before you leave and, you are responsible to fill for the rest of your trip and upon return.
* Coax cable for hooking up television. (Only needed if staying at an RV park which offers cable television.)
* Water hose and regulators for hooking up the travel trailer to RV park water source.Things you will need:
* You will need a 2 5/16 ball and hitch for towing. If you don't have one, I have an equalizer hitch, and you are welcome to use it if you want.
