Résumé de l'évaluation
Customer-focused, highly flexible
Guests appreciate the host's flexibility with early pickup/late drop-off and the convenience of their drop-off/pick-up services. They are responsive, available for coordination, provide helpful walkthroughs, and offer discounts to return renters.
Spacious, well-equipped, inconsistent beds
The trailer is described as spacious, clean, well-maintained, and mechanically sound, often delivered in excellent condition. It's dog-friendly with effective heating, but several guests found beds thin and uncomfortable, unlike advertised photos.

5.0The vehicle was in excellent condition and exactly as advertised. The company was reliable. We used the drop-off/pick-up services and it was so convenient. We even had to come home a day early due to rain and they were available by phone on a Sunday to coordinate.

5.0The RV was easy to pick up and drop off. It was clean and spacious. I love that it was also dog friendly so that I could bring my dogs along with me to enjoy our vacation

4.0The host was great in allowing us early pickup and dropping off later. Communication was also good. The trailer itself worked good for what we needed. The only trouble we experienced was the bed in the room, it is very thin and sits on cardboard so it really is not like sleeping on a bed, more of a cot. We are older so it just didn’t work for us, we had to sleep elsewhere.

5.0Excellent experience. We’ve rented twice now from Garvin and the delivery and communication is top notch. We plan to use them for many years to come.

5.0The Rim Retreat was perfect! We spent the weekend after Christmas in Williams and this was the perfect way to camp and stay warm. The beds were comfortable, the linen smelled good and the camper was well stocked! We cant wait for our next trip!
